Bestin.Solar is a free lead-matching service that connects homeowners interested in solar energy with licensed solar installation companies. We are not a solar installer, contractor, or energy provider. We do not install solar panels, provide warranties, or guarantee the quality of any installer's work.

3. No Installer Relationship

Solar installers in our network are independent third parties. Bestin.Solar does not employ, supervise, or control these installers. Any agreement you enter into with an installer is solely between you and that installer. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of services provided by installers.

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use this Service. By submitting a quote request, you represent that:

• You are the property owner or have authority to authorize solar installation at the property
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are genuinely interested in receiving solar installation quotes

5. Communications Consent

By submitting a quote request, you consent to be contacted by Bestin.Solar and matched solar installers via phone, email, and text message, including automated communications, regarding solar installation services. You may opt out of communications at any time by replying STOP to text messages or contacting us at [email protected].

6. No Guarantee of Quotes or Savings

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee you will receive quotes from installers. Actual solar savings depend on many factors including your location, energy usage, roof condition, local utility rates, and available incentives. We make no representations about expected savings or system performance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Bestin.Solar, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Bestin.Solar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bestin.Solar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any installer's services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed $100.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any installer is licensed, insured, or qualified in your jurisdiction.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
